Party Rules

​​

  • All party packages require reservations and a non-refundable deposit (if cancel) at the time of booking. Birthday parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and thus are subject to availability. This amount is applied to your total balance, which is due at the conclusion of your party. 

  • NO outside Decoration and that includes balloon arches

  • VIP QUEEN PLUS/QUEEN BEE $400 deposit to book

  • Cancelation: Due to health, event can be changed/ transferred up to one time to date of choice.

  • Birthday Child and siblings are Free

  • Birthday Child has to be 9 year and younger BUT older children are welcomed as guests. 

  • The maximum number of party guests is 25 children.

  • The final count must be submitted 7 days prior to the bee-day party. Any additional children will be charged according to package bought.

  • Party must be paid 2 weeks before the Event 

  • All guests will be required to sign a waiver. Parents or guardians will sign for their children.

  • All parents must be with their children at ALL times, wherever they are in the facility.

  • Everyone in your party must wear socks in the play area and NO SHOES.

  • You may bring pizza, birthday cake and up to two cold, catered side dishes. For example, a fruit platter, or a vegetable and cracker platter. These side dishes must be catered or packaged per Health Department regulations. No exceptions, please. We request that you do NOT bring peanuts, nuts, or foods containing nut ingredients onto the premises.

  • Piñatas are allowed only if they are the PULL STRING KIND. All other piñatas are PROHIBITED. 

  • No confetti

  • No alcohol.

  • Please don't open party gifts or goodie bags at the party. Let your child open them later at home

Saturday: 2:30-4:30pm  OR 5:00-7Pm OR 6:00- 8:00pm 

 

Sunday:  1:30pm-3:30pm OR 3:00-5:00pm

*The last party on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday can be extended for a cost of $80.00 per 30 minutes.
